Aug 9, 2011 - Anyone who has used command line on a terminal must used the linux command “ls” to list the files and directories in a directory. I run Windows, but have a couple gigs of data on a Mac. I burned DVDs of the data and brought them home to my PC. I want to email the Mac owner a command line that produces a text file listing of the directory contents that he can then email back to me, just to make sure I got everything.

Go to the tab 'Directory' and choose as known from the Windows Explorer the requested folder to list and print. You then have various choices and filters to define the output of the requested folder list (see 'Selection' and 'Filter' tabs).
